產(chǎn)品特性及應(yīng)用

本品為雙組份硅橡膠，是一種低粘度，高彈性，加溫固化型液態(tài)硅橡膠，用印刷工藝把膠印在布料表面起到防滑和增加布料的回彈性，從而使布料增加拉力，起到塑形和緊拉等作用。印刷在布料表面能提高手感性，不會互粘、吸塵?？捎糜诜椏椢锷?。

This product is a kind of low viscosity, high elasticity, heating type of liquid silicone rubber, the offset printing with printing on the fabric surface anti-skid and increase the resilience of cloth, so that the fabric increase tension, shaping and pull tight. Printing on the fabric surface can improve hand perceptual and not sticky, vacuuming. Can be used for apparel fabrics.

使用方法

1、清潔：用膠前將使用設(shè)備與粘膠布料清理干凈；

2、施膠：將A組份和B組份按1：1（重量比）的配比充分混合均勻。（建議使用設(shè)備混合，不用脫泡）混合不均勻會出現(xiàn)固化不完全或物理性能減弱。本品使用時允許的操作時間與環(huán)境溫度有關(guān)，溫度高，操作時間會減短。詳細(xì)的操作時間參考產(chǎn)品型號說明。印刷施膠效果好壞與網(wǎng)版設(shè)計(jì)，膠水粘度，設(shè)備調(diào)試等因素密切相關(guān)。請?jiān)谏a(chǎn)前做好必要測試；

3、本品易被分子中含P（磷）·S（硫）·NH3（氨）元素的化合物毒化而影響產(chǎn)品的固化，使膠體中的固化劑減少影響固化，用時須注意清潔，防止混入雜質(zhì)。請?jiān)谂渴褂们白霰匾詼y試。

Usage method cleaning:

1. Clean: with glue will use the equipment before and viscose fabrics clean;

2. Sizing: will a component and b components according to the ratio of 1:1 (weight ratio) of fully mixing. (it is recommended to use the equipment without deaeration) can appear uneven curing incomplete or physical properties. When using this product allows the operating time is associated with environment temperature,high temperature, operation time will be cut short. 3. This product is easy to be molecules containing p (p), s (sulfur), nh3 (ammonia) element compounds poison and affect product curing, the curing agent in the gel can reduce affect curing, it must pay attention to clean, prevent the mixed with impurities. Please do need to test before batch use.
