本系列產(chǎn)品為雙組份，是一種低粘度、低硬度、加熱固化型液體硅橡膠。具有優(yōu)異的耐氣候老化等特性，可在-50~+200℃長期使用，化學穩(wěn)定性好、無毒。本品固化前為半透明粘稠液體，通過FDA檢測認證，在一定溫度下即可固化成低收縮率的彈性體，固化后具有高強度、高韌性、高透明度等特性，能整體深層次固化?？捎迷谫N身內(nèi)衣上，環(huán)保安全，通過線條結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計，穿著舒適，塑造好身段。

Product characteristics and applications:

This product is a low viscosity, low hardness, heating curing liquid silicone rubber. With excellent weather aging resistance and other characteristics, can be used in -60~200℃ for a long time, good chemical stability, non-toxic. This product is translucent viscous liquid before curing, which can be cured into a low shrinkage elastomer at a certain temperature through FDA detection and certification. After curing, it has the characteristics of high strength, high toughness, high transparency and so on, and can be cured at a deep level as a whole. Can be used in clothing, fabric, silicone products industry.

使用方法

1、清潔：用膠前將使用的設(shè)備與受膠產(chǎn)品清理干凈；

2、固化：將 A 組份和B 組份按1：1（重量比/或體積比）的配比充分混合均勻。（建議用靜態(tài)混合器混合，不用脫泡）。A/B組份必須進行充分混合，如果混合不足可能會造成固化不完全或物理性能減弱。本品使用時允許操作時間與環(huán)境溫度有關(guān)，環(huán)境溫度越高，允許操作時間越短。膠料混合密封后允許操作時間≥1.5小時/25℃；

3、如果在固化過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)有氣泡，可將前段固化溫度降低同時延長時間，待基本凝固后再提高溫度，可有效解決氣泡問題；

4、本品易被分子中含P（磷）、S（硫）、NH3（氨）元素的化合物毒化而影響固化，另縮合型硅橡膠中的固化劑也可影響固化，用時須注意清潔，防止雜質(zhì)混入。以上化學物質(zhì)可能影響該產(chǎn)品的固化，請在使用前作兼容性試驗。

Usage method cleaning:

1.Cleaning: clean up the equipment and products before glue.

2.Solidification: mix components A and components B evenly at 1:1(weight / or volume ratio) ratio. (It is recommended to mix with static mixer without defoaming). a/b components must be fully mixed, if the mixing is insufficient, the curing is incomplete or the physical properties are weakened. The allowable operating time is related to the ambient temperature. The higher the ambient temperature, the shorter the allowable operating time. The operating time is ≥1.5 hours /25℃ after the rubber is mixed and sealed.

3.If bubbles are found in the curing process, the curing temperature of the front section can be reduced and the time can be prolonged, and the temperature can be raised after the basic solidification, which can effectively solve the bubble problem.

4.This product is easy to be poisoned by the compounds containing P(phosphorus), S(sulfur), N( nitrogen) elements in the molecule and affect the curing. The above chemicals may affect the curing of the product, please do compatibility test before use.

儲運及注意事項

1、本產(chǎn)品應(yīng)密封儲存于陰涼干燥通風處（5℃～25℃），防止雨淋及日光曝曬；

2、在正常存儲環(huán)境下，儲存期請查看相關(guān)型號說明；

3、產(chǎn)品開封后，應(yīng)盡快用完，未用完的產(chǎn)品需密封放于安全的地方；

4、如使用機器注膠，建議每日清潔注膠機；

5、本產(chǎn)品為非危險品，可按一般化學品儲存運輸。

Storage and Transportation:

1.This product should be sealed and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place (5℃~25℃) to prevent rain and sun exposure.

2.The storage period is 12 months in a normal storage environment.

3.After the product is opened, it should be used up as soon as possible. The unused products should be sealed in a safe place.

4.If using machine glue injection, it is recommended to clean the glue injection machine daily.

5.This product is non-dangerous goods, can be stored and transported according to general chemicals.

包裝規(guī)格

本產(chǎn)品A、B分別采用20或200公斤桶包裝。

This product is packed in plastic drum: Glue A and B is 20kg/pc or 200kg/pc
